Shan’s Way aims to offer exceptional goods and it is within our best interest to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
If you have any concerns or are not happy with your purchase, it is our duty to act accordingly. In such circumstances, within our policy you are open to request a return or exchange. This is subject to the following conditions: It must be completed within 7 days of receiving your goods, and the goods are returned in it’s original packaging in a good condition.
I ask kindly that you send a message detailing your request using our “contact” form - you will receive a response within 24-72 hours. Certain checks will have to be completed before the approval of your request, therefore photographic evidence may be requested during this process.
Upon the approval of your request please return your goods within 7 days via the post - A rejection of a refund or exchange will be given if the goods are not returned within this time frame.
Subsequent to receiving the goods, the return/exchange will be confirmed via email. Delivery charges/shipping returns will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or method of payment used.
Please allow up to 5 business days after approval to receive your refund.
